This group was started with the idea of bringing together people with common cultural, social, spiritual and linguistic interests.
As of today the group has over 4000+ people at Facebook and is growing day by day.
In addition to this we want to give a platform for all Shivalli Brahmins across the globe to promote, organize, support, encourage wholesome respect for our culture, scriptures, spiritual practices, traditions in the belief that they are an integrating force and are essential for the development of a strong, peaceful and just society.
In order to achieve the above said goal we thought of a concept of First Annual Meet of STB.
Our First meet to share the ideas and views happened at Vishwambara Nilaya, Kengeri Satellite Town on the 27th of October, 2013.

First meet made initial planning and collected opinions from all the members for the preparation of our First Annual meet.
Our Second meet happened at the residence of Shree Rao on the 08th of Dec, 2013 at R.T Nagar to make the First Annual meet, a successful one and snaps of the second meet can be seen as follows:

Mouth waters again and again to have such a tasty food and the credits goes to Shree Rao(Admin of ಶಿವಳ್ಳಿ ಬ್ರಾಹ್ಮಣರ ಪಾಕ ಶಾಲೆ on Facebook) and her in-laws for the preparation.

We had our 3rd core meeting on the 29th of Dec, 2013 at Ajanta Hotel, M.G Road for our final preparation of Jan 26th grand annual meet planning committee. We have done considerable progress on fine tuning the details for the First Annual Meet.
I am thankful to Shree Subramanya Bagilthaya for sponsoring the hall and Lunch for the meeting.
I am also thankful to Shree Y Jayanth Rao and Shri Vishnumurthy Kuddannaya for attending the meeting and providing valuable inputs.

We had our 4th STB meeting on the 09th of January, 2014 at Woodlands Hotel, Mangalore. This meeting detailed about our goals in near future to Mangalore core members and our preparation on First annual meet has been explained in brief manner. Support from the Mangalore team was remarkable.
We are all set to invite all Shivalli Tulu Brahmin facebook group members and the invitation prepared by Shree Ranjith Yadapadithaya was ready for distribution.
In the meantime our discussion went to take this group forward and the suggestion by Shree Gopalakrishna Kunjathaya on registering the group and the chosen name "Shivalli Tulu Antarastriya VIpra Parivara" in short STAVIP got finalized by core committee.
First invitation was handed over to Shree Pejawara Swamiji with the help of Shree Ramesh Bhat and the blessing of Shree Pejawara Swamiji given an enormous strength for our next steps.
Enormous effort from the team involving Rajesh Rao, Shree Rao, Shriraj Shishila, Gopalakrishna Kunjathaya, Kishor Mogeraya, Laxmikanth Tantry, Prameeth Rao, Ranjith Yadapadithaya and many more made the First Annual meet of our Shivalli Tulu Brahmin Facebook group in the name of "Shivalli Tulu Antarastriya Vipra Parivara" a huge success.
